How we Pack Your Order

01 Food-Grade Metal Tins

Your extra virgin olive oil is stored in robust 5-litre food-grade metal tins, sealed with a secure screw cap and a tamper-evident lock clip. Metal is impermeable to light — one of extra virgin olive oil's greatest enemies — and is fully certified for direct food contact. The seal is checked before every order leaves us.

02 Solid Wooden Inner Box

The tins sit inside a solid wooden inner box, custom-fitted so they cannot shift, knock together or tip during transit.
The rigid wooden walls absorb any shocks or drops that inevitably occur during courier handling.

03 Double-Taped Cardboard Outer Box

The wooden box is placed inside a heavy-duty cardboard shipping carton. Each seam and edge is sealed with double-layered packing tape. A prominent Fragile — This Way Up label is applied to the outside, ensuring handlers know to keep your parcel upright throughout its journey.
