Arcadia is one of Greece's most ancient olive-growing regions, a rugged inland landscape of mountains, forests and thin rocky soils that have shaped these trees for generations. Our groves are home to olive trees over 100 years old — slowly grown, organically cultivated, and harvested entirely by hand. The cold pressing takes place within hours of harvest, preserving every nuance of flavour and aroma the land has to offer.
